* Visit realistically designed military facilities, interact with our crews!!

* Experience first hand how we train, work, fight, and simulate military life in SL!!!

* Participate in exciting contests and military exercises together with military personnel and

WHAT IS FLEET WEEK?

In real life, "Fleet Week" is a United States Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard tradition that

gives sailors and marines deployed overseas a week-long respite; giving them a chance to dock

in major cities for some much needed rest and relaxation. Today, modern Fleet Week

represents a week-long celebration of our armed forces, taking place in cities like San

Francisco on the West Coast and New York City on the East Coast, filled with parades and

demonstrations.

In SL, Fleet Week 2021 seeks to honor this tradition by bringing long-standing military roleplay

groups together in collaboration, to share our groups with Second Life residents throughout the

grid.

USNSL 2ND FLEET

USNSL is a military simulation/roleplay group in SL dating back to 2013 and founded by a USN

veteran. We strive to simulate Navy life within the confines of SL, including training,

camaraderie, career advancement, missions and operations in both peacetime and wartime

conditions.

NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS)

Naval Air Station was established by a group of like-minded people who enjoy World War II era

roleplay. Members of this group, known as "The Misfits" must undergo one of the most extensive

and detailed flight training programs in SL in order to join the ranks and earn the right to

display that proud logo on their airplanes.

Time: 2 PM - 9 PM SLT (14:00 to 21:00)

Program may includes Ship parade, Combat demos, Aerobatics demos, with the participation of

Aerobats, Los Texanos, and Blue Angels.

USNSL 7TH FLEET

Carrier Task Force 77 of USN 7th Fleet operates in the Indochina Region. This private 8 Sim

historical roleplay and VICE combat region is set during the Vietnam Conflict 1968-1973.

Centered around the USS Kitty Hawk, a highly detailed and fully functional recreation of the

historic US Navy aircraft carrier, the Task Force includes a Carrier Air Wing, destroyer and river

patrol boat squadrons, a SEAL team and Marine security and expeditionary forces. The larger

region includes US Army, Air Force and CIA Groups, a Civilian Resident Group, Vietcong, North

Vietnamese Army and Air Forces. The realism of the region's build and equipment provide a

historically accurate role play and Vice combat experience.

BRAZILIAN NAVY SL

The Brazilian Navy Second Life (MBSL), is an Armed Force affiliated with the Ministry of

Defense SL since 2014, responsible for conducting naval, aircraft and land operations in SL.

Founded on May 5, 2014, on the occasion of the installation of the Ministry of Defense SL, its

implementation was completed in mid-November 2014, with the inauguration of its physical

facilities on the island of "Stellar Point".
